Offering Plants for the Sustainable Gardner

We are a small family owned Greenhouse & Plant Farm located in Spindale, North Carolina, offering plant selections for the Home Gardener choosing to grow some of their own food and create a Sustainable Landscape. We try to offer a diverse selection of quality plant material, focusing on harder to find or a little out of the ordinary. The plants we grow are noted by common name on the following pages. Our inventories are usually limited due to our small size and can change quickly.

Our plants are grown & handled using environmentally-friendly practices & procedures. Pesticides are used only when necessary and then in the form of soaps, oils, or pyrethrum. Fungicides are never used and  weeds are pulled by hand.

We choose plant varieties that are hardy in Zone 7 and perform well in both our cold & heat zones. Many of these plants are grown in our own garden for our honeybees and native wildlife.
